Wood-plastic composite (WPC) flooring is similar to wood in that, although it's made from recycled plastic and wood fibers, you can still nail or screw it in just like wood. With this traditional fastening method, the screws will be visible on the floor surface.
It's important to note that you cannot drill holes or screw through hollow composite boards, as the screws will loosen and rise over time. Like regular wood flooring, you can also choose solid composite flooring. Generally, WPC flooring tends to be denser than wood, and you may need to pre-drill holes in the material before tightening them.
