Scope of Warranty Application:
Applicable objects:
This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased from Zhejiang Timber Biology New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Timber New Material").
Warranty clause:
In the event of material defects, consumers are entitled to replacement, refund, or compensation for reasonable losses incurred.
Warranty content:
Additional Protection:
This warranty supplements consumer rights and does not limit or exclude other rights granted by law.
Warranty coverage:
Warranty ensures that products, under normal use and service conditions, are free from significant manufacturing defects, including cracking, rotting, splitting, or structural damage caused by termites or fungi.
Installation must comply with factory guidelines. The warranty period commences from the date of purchase.
Warranty remedies:
During the warranty period, Timber New Material will repair or replace defective products. For exported goods, replacement containers will be dispatched. End customers should contact local distributors or importers.
Warranty period:
Residential Products:
- First Generation wpc decking : 15 years
- Second Generation wpc decking: 20 years
Commercial Products:
- First Generation wpc decking : 10 years
- Second Generation wpc decking: 15 years
Exclusions:
Products altered or repaired without authorization.
Defects or damages caused by misuse, accidents, collisions, or neglect.
Non-compliance with installation guidelines, local building codes, or applicable laws.
Damage due to deformation or collapse of foundations or support structures.
Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, hurricanes, earthquakes) or extreme environmental conditions (e.g., mold, extreme heat).
Normal wear, color changes, small embossed pattern differences, etc.
Warranty requirements:
During the warranty period, the following documents must be submitted:
Photos or other evidence of the product issue.
A detailed written description of the problem.
Return of the defective product if uninstalled.
Proof of purchase (sales invoice or transaction details).
Provide samples
Can I check the WPC samples before order?
Sure. There is no problem at all in checking the WPC samples before order.
Our sample policy as follows:
Samples ≤ 2kg: Free samples and delivery.
Samples 2-10kgs: Free samples but freight collect.
More samples or customized samples, we will charge samples fee and delivery cost according the requirements, All cost will be refunded when the order quantity reach to 20tons
