PRECISION SALT SPRAYING TESTER
The precision salt spraying tester is to test the surface of WPC products, to know if it is good at resistant to corrosion.
1000L Constant temperature and humidity box
The constant temperature and humidity box can simulate all kinds of temperature and humidity environment, to test the performance of products under high/low temperature and hot and humid environment. The temperature is from -40℃ to +150℃.
Boiling machine
To boil the WPC board for 72 hours, then to see if any crack on the boards. Above right photos is the board after 72 hours' boiling, no any crack.
Tensile technologies
To test the strength of WPC boards.
Raw materials test:
MFI series melt flow rate meter
To test the PE materials, if it meets the standard of our production.
Moisture analyzer
To test the moisture content of the PE and wood fibers.
Ash Tester (Muffle Furnace)
